Customer Support Engineer - Hewlett Packard (HP)- Saudi Arabia
Roles: Implementing HP Customer Solution
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement customer projects (enhancement and expansion services).
• Perform complex configuration, troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and management software installation.
• Install and upgrade HP systems and network equipments.
• Installing and Monitoring Customer sites using HP software Management Package.
• Provide Technical Documents needed for projects Implementation.
• Provide customer presentation & meetings
• Develop & Maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrated Strong Technical Knowledge in HP products (Hardware & Software) includes: HP storage Works EVA, MSA, Library, Blade & ProLiant Systems, SAN & NAS Environments, and Networking & Zoning.
• Worked on different/complex projects for enterprise following customers: Aramco, SABIC, STC, SEC, Samba, ANB, SAMERF, Mobily, CMA, and RSAF.
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering Areas of study: Data communication, Information security, LAN/MAN networks, Computer programming languages (Java, C, Assembly, SQL), Operating System, Computer architecture. Major courses: Data and Computer Communication, Computer Networks Course, Operating Systems, System Design Laboratory. Elective courses: Database System, Information Security, and Local Area Networks.
