• Worked as a technical consultant in 7 different international companies in EMENA including ADNOC in Abu Dhabi, Middlesex University, Dubai, Gulftainer in Sharjah, Hookipa Pharma and University of Applied Sciences (Technikum Wien) in Vienna, Austria.
• Developed a UI5 exchange rate converter that takes data from a REST API and integrate it with SAP ByD general ledger through SOAP webservices using SAP CPI.
• Re-developed the exchange rate converter by writing the middleware library in C# and deployed it in Microsoft Azure to automate the application to run in a daily basis at a particular time of the day.
• Developed new business objects and enhances new ones for SAP ByD and SAP C4C using SAP Cloud Applications studio including a custom workflow engine and an airline ticket sales section.
• Created a real-time automated air ticketing integration from GSD application e.g. Sabre and Amadeus to SAP ByD using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Developed and enhanced clients’ forms using Adobe LiveCycle including enhancing sales and purchase order templates and travel documents.
• Created integration between SAP ByD and OCI punchOut catalogs for external procurement including setting up the products portfolios and integrating purchase orders and supplier invoices exchange through IDoc.

Project(s) Background
• Developed 2 projects for the Human Resources department of the Oil and Gas Company Saudi Aramco. The duration of both projects were 6 months each and were developed in SAP HCM/ HR module.
Duties
• Managed the client requirements, expectations, and deliverables throughout the projects’ lifecycle.
• Conducted software quality assurance tests based on the review meetings with the client.
• Reported the status of the project to the superior management.
• Conducted daily scrums with the team member and made necessary changes to the team Backlog based on the results.
• Prioritized the user stories and categorized them into epics.
• Prepared the demo environment for the team.

Personal Highlights
• Demonstrated outstanding communication style that led to my promotion from a consultant to a team lead within the first 3 months of my appointment.

Project(s) Background
• Developed with a team of 40 analysts an SAP IS-Oil (Oil and Gas industrial solution) project for Saudi Aramco in a duration of 43 months using various SAP modules including SD, MM, and HCM/HR.
Duties
• Worked through all the different software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to maintenance.
• Adapted agile methodology through the lifecycle of the project where the project was divided into sprints of 3 weeks long.
• Conducted and/or attended different Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, etc.) with the team as a business analyst and an assistant process owner.
• Defined the goals of every sprint of the development before the sprint planning meeting.
• Made necessary changes to the team Backlog based on the results of every daily scrum.
• Conducted software quality assurance tests based on the review meetings with the client
• Introduced the use of Assima Training Suite to a team of 4 people, which resulted in the acceleration of training material development.
• Developed 40% of the documentation and training material using Assima of a team of 5 (double the expected outcome).
