• Involved in all aspects of the software lifecycle from analysis, design, development and testing of software prior to installation.(Sales System, Collection System, Inventory System)
• Developing the new Customer Service System and creating a data immigration module for importing all data from old Customer Service System.

• Developing and Designing the Web Customer Service System that provide customer with information about his own product, allow him to send request for after-sale operations, and provide him with online payment services. (Integrated with K-net & VISA Gateway).
• Developing and Designing the Hotel Reservation System with real time availability and room booking functionality. Admin can manage room types, hotel rates and booking options. Online reservation manager at the back-end with invoices and reports functionality.
• Developing an Integration process between Collection System, Inventory System and Microsoft Dynamics AX (AXAPTA).

• Developing and Designing crystal reports requested by internal departments, Top Management Department, or subsidiaries companies.
• Developing a middle ware application for automatic migration between excel sheets and SQL2008.
• Training end users on using the mentioned above systems and use their feedback in improving system’s qualifications.
• Analysis, design and development of web applications and web services in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net using C#.Net, asp.Net and SQL Server. (After-Sales Operations System, Fee collection system, Management Dashboard application exct...)
• Development of an Internal Application for the company and subsidiaries for helping employees and departments to interact and facilitate business work flow.
• Design and develop cross tab reports, reports with sub-reports and chart reports. Reports based on a command object. Wrote several SQL queries to accomplish the task.

• Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
