Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other
financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting
and procedural standards
- Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting
systems, making use of current computer technology
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and
obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
- Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
- Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and
the assumptions underlying budget forecasts
- Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and
use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment,
reporting and other tax requirements
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s
automated financial systems
- Interpret reports and records for individuals and organizations
- Advise on financial matters and suggest strategies for increasing profits
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like ERP System
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Hands-on experience with accounting software Microsoft Dynamic
- Experience in Kayan HR & Menaitech HR

General Accounting: Recording all daily financial transactions related to
shipping, transportation, warehousing, customs duties, and fuel costs.

- Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as
income statements and balance sheets.

- Cost Management: Monitoring and analyzing operating costs such as vehicle
maintenance, fuel consumption, and shipping costs to ensure efficiency.

- Invoicing and Collections: Invoicing customers and ensuring timely collection of
payments.

- Account Management: Managing accounts payable (paying suppliers' invoices)
and accounts receivable (collecting money from customers).
