The Senior Manager HRBP is responsible to provide direction and support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, organizational design, performance and change management.

The Head of Business Support is responsible to the General Manager for ensuring the proper provision and management of a Support Services and Facilities & Maintenance functions, SDT Quality systems and Framework, Safety Health & Environment (SHE) management system and framework, a Security framework, and Trainee Affairs Services that effectively address company business needs. He is also responsible for effectively project managing all aspects associated with the new SDT Facility construction project.

Responsible to the Principal SDT Training Academy for providing a quality Trainee Affairs & accreditation to Customers needs & business needs in the most cost effective manner. Take the lead in development of Trainee Affairs department to cater for the new and evolving Customer Requirements. In addition, once training Projects have been established, he will be required to Project Manage the associated schedules/programmes, in accordance with SDT Customers contractual obligations. He will deliver the Quality Policy and the Health & Safety at Work Policy within the line of business

To support location management teams by undertaking training need analysis, producing training plans and manage the delivery of these plans wither internal or external and assist Saudisation plans.

Deliver cultural awareness courses and organise deferent cultural events for the RSAF at KKAB & deliver courses to Project Employees.
