Customer service and care training for staff mainly communication and personal skills
The experience i had been through has a variety and several positions startying from a unit supervisor to the head of section (s) this armed me with alot of managerial and directing skills, which include the following
-Planning & executing training programs for various classes by building an excellent rapport with the students & families from a wide range of cultural back ground.
Creating trusting atmosphere through sensitivity to students’ strengths, weaknesses & personal learning styles. Accountable for the overall progress in students.
Developing curriculum that is appropriate to students’ learning abilities & reflected their needs & interests
Approaching teaching as a facilitator of student learning, providing a wide range of learning activities in a warm, supportive environment.
