Strong experience in turbine troubleshooting (GE, MAN-TURBO, and SOLAR TURBINE). Tunning of regulation loops based on PID controller. Installation, configuration and commissioning of positioners for FLOWSERVE and FISHER valves. Installation and configuration of field instrumentation: Pressure/Flow/Tempreture/Level...etc. Design, configuration, integration and implimentation of process control system including DCS system(honeywell). Liasing with other discipline throughwork development; investigating, advising, and resolvingcomplex design and field engineering problems. Impliment smaller system upgrade or modification that may have a potentielimpact on process operation. Aware of potential enviromental, health, safety, and security impact in the area of responsability and the consequences if any upset occure. Experienced in commissioning EPC projects in collaboration with Pertofac, resulting in a significant increase in production.
