Job Responsibilities:
Design potable water mains proposals for the city.
Issue NOCs for various contractor works as well as the authorities like SRTA, Sharjah Municipality, Etisalat/du, etc.
Manage projects for extension of water networks.
Supervise all kinds of works which includes the development or rerouting of the water network.
Approving shop drawings and specifications of materials provided by the contractors.
Estimation and preparation of BOQ/Charters for EPC projects.
Attend & superintend critical emergency cases.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating RFQ of the materials and services for projects, departments, fixed assets and sub-contracts.
Generating PO for services & materials related to concerned projects.
Maintenance & control of documents related to the purchase & inventory.
Generation of vendor database for the materials and services.
Evaluation & Performance Analysis of vendors.
Preparation of documentation for internal audits as per ISO Standards.
Estimation of the consumption of major materials such as lube oil and filters.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating maintenance schedule for all the equipment including the diesel engines, alternator and their existing parts & assemblies.
Evaluation of the daily reports of projects and analysis of the various parameters.
Troubleshooting supervision in case of breakdowns.
Requisition of spare parts & materials for the concerned projects.
Liaising with vendors in the procurement of various rotary equipment.
Organizing the maintenance team for various jobs.
Preparation of performance reports of each equipment.
Assurance of cover for equipment in case of breakdowns.
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluation of the civil drawings of the sites/buildings.
Calculation & Estimation of parameters.
Determination of the Tonnes of Refrigeration (TR) using formulae.
Establishing the dimensions of the ducts and specification of the equipment.
Preparation of the AutoCAD drawings with HVAC design.
