Develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts for different company product lines (Yateem Optician, Yaco Trading, Caboodle, Glambar, Beautique, Tikka Ameen, Clean Team, Black Rope, and Blue Penguin.
• Analyze financial data to identify potential issues in product costs, pricing and margins and make recommendations for improving financial performance, and assure that is under IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations related to the food and beverage industry, B2B, optics, B2C, and service concept companies.
• Develop the financial strategy, such as increasing market share and new product lines development, and fit up the General Manager position for Yateem Optician in KSA and Recafe in Bahrain and prepare financial reports for the CEO.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures, such as procurement optimization, production efficiency, and waste reduction, and monitor the effectiveness of those measures.
