Corrugated Carton division tasks:

• Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and weekly customer’s visits.
• Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Weekly meeting with the sales team, listen to all their problems and find the best solution with the production team to fulfill customer needs and satisfaction.
• Audit on all sales line balance of the sales persons.
• Audit on all sales orders (price/quality/dimensions).
• Follow up on all claims sent by the clients and find the suitable solution.


Flexible Packaging division tasks:

• Responsible of selling all PE shrink film/PE for lamination/Barrier film/Silage film/Agriculture film.
• Follow up on all claims sent by the clients and find the suitable solution.
• Audit on all customers account to collect the due payments.
