Responsible for the overall management and delivery of luxury high-end turnkey villa projects, from early construction stages through fit-out, MEP systems, and final handover to end users, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule compliance.

Coordinating procurement activities, material approvals, and ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards

Overseeing final handover to end users, ensuring full compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements

Driving site productivity, resolving technical and coordination issues, and ensuring seamless interface between civil, architectural, and MEP works

Maintaining strict adherence to HSE, quality control procedures, and project timelines

Acting as the main on-site leadership interface between the client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal project teams .

and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

● Conduct internal audits and to identify areas of noncompliance and recommend corrective actions
to be according to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.

● Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders, including financial and progress updates

● Organizing contracts and invoices with suppliers and coordinating the project's internal resources
with external parties and suppliers to ensure optimal workflow.

● Preparing a detailed work schedule for the project in addition to the work plan
