• Handling Nutanix (Egypt, Levant, North Gulf) and Veeam (Egypt) all products
• Enabling partners with the technical knowledge required to identify the best solutions for their projects.
• Help partner to design and identify the required solutions, make the right sizing, prepare the technical documents and solutions documentations.
• Attend some customer meetings with the partners to present the solutions to customers.
• Prepare technical, Presales and sales sessions to partners about new solutions, core solutions and business improvement.
• Prepare and deploy customer’s POC.
• Engage on large scale Customer projects implementation and provide high level support for technical team.
• Support and follow up with the sales team with the required presales activities like technical presentations, solution sizing and required part numbers.
• Discus the RFP and prepare the BOM for partners and customers.
#Presales role:
• Assist Sales Reps with customer facing conference calls & presentations.
• Pursue new sales opportunities by developing new and existing technical relationships.
• Architect and Design VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon, VMware vRealiza Operations, VMware vSAN, Dell EMC, Veeam, and Commvault solutions.
• Work with sales team to identify, gather requirements for solutions, and draft proposals.
• Maintain certifications relevant to job role.
• Perform technical presentations, Scope(s) of Work, Bill(s) of Material for customers.
• Provide technical papers and technical response to RFI/RFP.
• Gain Technical closure from the customer that products meet the client’s requirements & success criteria.
• Assist the sales in technical qualification and management of the opportunities throughout the technical sales cycle.
#Technical Role:
• Install, configure and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon view, VMware vROPs, VMware vSAN and VMware NSX.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Veeam Backup and Replication, and Veeam ONE.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Commvault Backup solution.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Veritas Backup EXEC.
•Provide technical papers and technical response to RFI/RFP.
•Articulate and demonstrate Kaspersky, Acronis, Malwarebytes solutions and position competitors.
•Organize the delivery of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in the security technology.
•Keep close relations with sales and technical teams in addition to developing new relationships with the key resellers.
•Pursue new sales opportunities by developing new and existing technical relationships within accounts that the candidate is or has been engaged with and seeking to carry out security assessments.
•Delivers technical briefings, presentations, and demonstrations.
•Assist the sales in technical qualification and management of the opportunities throughout the technical sales cycle.
•Gain Technical closure from the customer that products meet the client’s requirements & success criteria.
•Install and maintain Microsoft Infrastructure and backup solution for our Clients.
•Demonstrate company’s solutions on-site, provide installation & configuration assistance.
•Install, configuring and administrate Citrix XenAPP Servers.
•Install, configuring and administrate Acronis Backup & Recovery.
•Install, configuring and administrate Kaspersky Security Center.
•Install, configuring and administrate Sophos Enterprise Console and Central.
•Install, configuring and administrate Sophos UTM and XG firewalls.
•Install, configuring and administrate Malwarebytes Endpoint Security.
•Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting all the above solutions for our customers by email, remote sessions, and phone calls.
-Responsible for coordinating the construction, maintenance, and expansion of an organization's computer systems.
-Oversee development and maintenance of computer systems.
-Identify departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction. Plan to join all staff - currently and future - to the domain to ensure maximum security.
-Apply knowledge of computing systems and software structure. Work on Windows Server 2008 R2 and windows Server 2012 R2. Maintain Active Directory services.
-Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS.
-Managing VMware’s and Hyper-V in both testing and production environment. Maintain Kaspersky security center.
-Maintain Unix Based Systems Storage (FreeNas) as file and Block Level. Maintain WDS (Windows Deployment Services).
-Build Test Lab Environment.
-Cooperate with Network, Security, and Work Place Operation Teams to insure that all the operational and project tasks are taking place and accomplished properly.
-Document system configuration, status, policies and new achievements.
-Maintain IT Voice, Data, and Power infrastructure.
-Provide technical support for desktop PC, notebook and other office equipment.
-Administer Cisco Call Manager Version 8.0.
-Administer Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.
-Deploy Cisco IP Phones 7945 and 7942
-Configure IVR system.
-Deploy and administer Oreka "open source" voice recording system.
-Deploy and administer Active Directory, Windows Server 2008 R2.
-Administer print server and copiers.
-Administer time attendance software.
-Deploy and administer Firewall Fortigate 80C.
-Maintain SSL VPN for remote users.
-Perform backup & disaster recovery operations for network devices via TFTP & Titan FTP Server.
-Install and Maintain Android PDA system application.
-Responsible for Etisalat Masr 110 lines "Voice & Data" with full delegation.
