I work as an ATM ( Automated Teller Machine ) operations officer at the Arab African International Bank in Egypt. My cuurent job is a mix between operations and Quality control and it can be described as follows:-
- Monitoring The ATMs Downtime incidents.
- Measure the Quality of the companies that are responsible for handling the ATM downtime incidents and cash refiling and reporting the ATM Bussiness unit.
- Making Reports about the Transactions made on every ATM ( i.e. successful Trnx., Unsuccessful Trnx., Deposits, FOREX Trnx.).
- Making Reports about every downtime incident on the ATMs ( disorders or cash refilling )
- Reviewing the invoices of the companies that are responsible for handling the ATMs for each month.
- Handling Complaints regarding the ATMs from any site.
- Handling the Process of changing the rates of the Forex on the ATMs with the IT and the dealing Room
