• Report to Project Manager as part of day-to-day delivery.
• Leading and motivating the subcontractors to accomplish their jobs fully.
• Proactively managing Sub-Contractors and project participants.
• Ensuring continual compliance with overall project delivery strategies.
• Ensuring all parties are performing in accordance with their contracted services and their
duties agreed under the responsibility matrix.
• Ensuring continual compliance with program procedures and agreed on reporting
systems.
• Early identification of strategy or procedural inefficiencies and develop corrective actions
accordingly.
• Evaluating the progress of the Construction Methodology & Schedules for each package
and taking necessary actions with relevant parties for deviations and time slippage.
• Developing Safety Management Plan and ensuring the Safety Management System is
being strictly adhered to.
• Developing QA/QC Management Plan and ensuring procedures and standards are being
implemented and followed.
• Managing the preparation of the Site Progress Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Ensuring perceived project risks are communicated to the Project Manager.
• Monitoring and reviewing Sub-Contractors performance and give regular, objective
feedback on progress and deal immediately with poor performance.

• provide clear and unambiguous direction and leadership on site to all trades.
• plan, coordinate, monitor and manage the daily activities, including, but not limited to,
logistics, material supplies, resource planning, sequencing of all the works, testing and
inspections, housekeeping, waste management and health & safety.
• be the primary point of contact at site for all sub-contractors and Client vendors
• ensure that the client rules and regulations are complied with at all times.
• coordinate with the commercial team to ensure variations, project changes and contra
charges are captured.
• analyze the BOQ and IFC drawings to make sure the scope of work is clearly defined and
to identify if there are any scope gaps.
• make sure that the materials being used on site are following the specification and
approved submissions.
• proactively identify potential clashes of works and trades, to resolve any conflicts and
provide solutions on site or if unable to do so, then raise RFIs or immediately bring the
issue to the Project Managers attention.
• ensure the quality inspections are being executed correctly and any rectifications are
handled swiftly and effectively.
• ensure that the health and safety procedures are being followed at all times and that the
welfare of the workers and working conditions are being considered and maintained.
• attend and, as required, to lead the site progress meetings with various stakeholders,
including the Client, the various Consultants, and the Clients representatives.
• provide input to the regular Management Reports as required.
• control the entire testing and commissioning stages as well as de-snagging and final close
out and handover of the project.

(33, 000m2), 2 similar occupational therapy building (5000 m2), service tunnel (1km
length) & box culvert.
