To manage all IT operations and projects in IKEA Egypt and ensure all project phases (initiation, planning, execution & control as well as closure) are performed as planned.

1. To manage and ensure that all 24/7 systems are monitored and that technical service is available any time.
2. To plan and manage the integration between various systems and environments with ALfuttaim Group as well as IKEA.

4. To Manage and ensure ERP systems implementations and customizations (SAP & MS Dynamics) as well as system upgrades and projects are planned, implemented executed efficiently.
5. Manage backup system, network infrastructure, point of sales, and other systems are running smoothly.

7. To define and agree with the business their IT service requirements, to own in order to ensure the delivery of those services to time, cost and agreed quality.

1. Responsible for the software implementation & development projects (outsourced & in-house). Most of these projects were developed using Microsoft C#.Net, MS-SQL Server, Sharepoint, Silverlight, Web Services & WCF Services.
