effective and efficient flow of good from store yard to
consignment place in right time to meet end user needs
- Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory
- Compiling inventory reports and issuing them to management
- Supporting shipping prep and loading
- Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies
- Posting weights and shipping charges
- Working with sales reps, customers and other members of the
warehouse, as necessary

5. Operation and Maintenance
- Preparing the operation and Maintenance Manual
- Follow up the recommended spare part with all manufacturer required for O&M period
Supervise material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage location.
Check material received quantities & specifications against order documents
Manage space and determine storage methods according to the manufacturer's guidelines and Company safety procedures.
Maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability.
Maintain the filing system and stock records as per Company procedure.
Maintain supplies of all chemical materials (Oil, grease, paints, thinner), in compliance with storage safety regulations.
Issue or distribute materials, products, parts and supplies to customers or co-workers, based on Company procedure.
Recommend disposal of excess, defective or obsolete stock.
Control the fixed assets in the location assigned.
Daily cleaning up
Consistent and periodic cleaning of shelves, racks, floors and bulk storage areas
- Manage to maintain proper stock.
- Arranging delivery schedules for all customers.
- Maintain smooth product supply from our suppliers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures of high quality practice.
- Developing and implementing the periodical reports for the store activities.
- Achieving high customer satisfaction score.
- Guiding and teach store staff for the quality and safe practice.
- Prepare periodical business plan for store achievement.
- Arrangements of dispatching material.
- Attending incoming deliveries
- Manage to maintain proper stock of stainless steel&
ceramic & aluminum cladding frames for Metro
Stations
- Follow-up of site requirements of the erection
activities
- Issuing inventory reports and consumable items

City).
- Checking all marketing liquidation reports for all Air Tour
representatives (Wings Tours English Partner) in addition with
Wings Tours representatives.
- All banking activities concerning the Nil Cruises and Wings Tours
office.
- Salary payment of all Employee's of Wings Tours working in Luxor
Branch.
