Prepare monthly presentation showing the actual performance analysis compared to budget and last year.
Review and anلalyse revenue, income statement and balance sheet reports for each company in the Group.
Assist in preparing analytical reports and creating financial models for top management
Analyze sell-side securities: conduct reports to the following firms: Arabian Cement, Ezz Steel and Madinet Nasr Housing and Development.
Use computer programs and tools including Word, Excel and E-views to apply different valuation models and techniques to reach a fair value and/or a price estimate for each of the companies under coverage.
Adapt one’s analysis to specified formats, templates, styles and deadline when creating report
Respond to updated news on companies within building materials & Real estate sectors
Maintain a large list of independent sources/contacts for information
Act as a frontline interface with customers of Vodafone UK.
Responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
Facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer service standard.
Checking the customer credibility and eligibility.
Checking all documents given by the customers as per our policy with zero discrepancy.
Verifying with the customer and confirming about pricing.
Updating the MIS Reports and developing calculation model
Doing cold calling for listing company for sourcing business.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the sale.
Representing my bank at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
