2 People mover system (PMS) project ( January 2014 to present)
Is a design, build, operate and maintain project of 11.5KM, 18 tram stops and a depot facility. The scope of work includes track works, 18 tram stops and depot. In addition the signalling, communication systems, railway electrification, traffic light control, depot equipment and 19 Avenio trams. The trams will be equipped and powered with the HES energy storage system from Siemens, which enables the tram to operate catenary-free between the tram stops and stations

Reports to safety manager in the overall implementation of safety plan for the project
Conduct regular weekly safety inspection, prepare weekly safety reports and safety statistic reports
Conduct training, toolbox talk / meeting to all workforce.
Inspect of the lifting equipment, color codes inspection, including slings, belts.
Inspection of the scaffold being used in working platforms.
Preparation and implementation of permit to work.
Evaluation and correction of actions in risk control at various stages.
Accident / Incident investigation and analysis.
Administers the accurate daily, weekly and monthly data preservation which is vital to our company; installation, registration and maintain operating systems and other software.

at San Stefano Grand Plaza Project structural complex including a Four Seasons hotel, apartments, offices, a shopping mall and a marina in Alexandria, Egypt. Being 35 floors high, it has the tallest buildings in the city. It was opened in 2006.
The main responsibility
Base and data entry at safety department.
Follow up safety plan.
Ensure all agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are observed
Conducting Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, and Control Measurement.
Investigate all accident and dangerous occurrences.
General inspection for "heavy equipment", welding machines, lifting gear, fire extinguishers, electrical tools, Scaffold etc…..
Provide immediate action points to site HSE manager when correction is required.
Assist and participate in site safety training.
