2. Worked on enhancing the company’s business development which led to achieving the highest revenue in 2015 in the C&T business line.
1. Initiated a new company branch in Saudi Arabia to drive the company’s budget from SAR3M to SAR20M in 6 “six” years, Being the primary choice for well-control training and behavioral-based safety in KSA for reputable services.
2. Responsible for managing all training operations, and being in charge of all areas of the business such as recruiting | contracting | Auditing. Completed all business development and client management functions. Represented the company in different conferences and events. Reported to the Regional Manager.
1. Interviewed and developed a team of 6 “six” Instructors for Safety and Soft skills training, monitored the team’s performance in courses such as safety leadership, team-building, communication skills, hazard identification, risk assessment, permit to work, H2S, safety induction, accident investigation, safety culture, leadership.
2. Coached offshore | Designed several course curriculums | Delivered training courses in USA, UK, Malaysia, Dubai…and others while reporting to the Country manager.

3- Teaching various of both HSE and behavioral/ Team building / Leadership type of courses.
