Responsible for the schools disciplinary issues to maintain an environment with limited amount of infractions in the entire school.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Conducting corridor, and classroom checks prior to the start of the school day to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for the students
2- Coordinating the student line-up process prior, during, and after recess with the help of prefects in order to maintain order
3- Managing the travel time between classes in order to ensure that no time is wasted as students relocate from one classroom to another
4- Mentoring and discussing with students the role of discipline at school in creating a safe learning environment
5- Maintaining a quiet environment while students enter the classroom after their breaks
6- Ensuring students are in class before the start of the day in a timely manner
7- Motivating students to work hard during class in order to achieve maximized learning during school hours
8- Entering information into the School Management System (SSMS) including teacher and student attendance report, student infractions, etc.
9- Contacting, updating, and following up with parents if and when a student is absent
10- Observing classes to ensure a calm learning environment is maintained
11- Ensuring a safe atmosphere within the school by making sure that neither bullying nor fighting is taking place.
12- Informing students of the disciplinary actions that will be taken, including classroom detention, after-school detention, etc.
13- Accompanying students to the bus area after school hours and making sure that all students get on their allocated bus
14- Preparing daily reports related to teacher observation, student infractions, teachers complaints, etc. 15- Attending weekly meetings with team to discuss any concerns or issues they have regarding student behavior
16- Performing other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the school

4- manage the rules of the Schools and the daily routine, as it relates to staff and pupil safety and order. Including entering all students’ lateness and absences before the end of the first period.
5- plan extra duty schedules with the teacher so that students are always monitored by an adult staff member.
6- assist Supervisor in securing cover for absent/late teachers.
7- check and report on any maintenance, safety and security issues around the campus to Office Management.
8- monitor and implement the Schools Dress/Uniform standards check.
9- help and Support the aims and ethos of the school as reflected in the Mission Statement.
10- Help to solving all students issues, behavior issues, parent’s complaints, Issues arising between students in the buses.
11- Monitor and repot staff punctuality.
12- set safe procedures for bus students to ensure smooth transition from the classes to the buses.
13- Supervise students in the playground or within the school halls.
14- Prevent and stop any pupil’s bad behavior.
15- Comfort children who are upset.

You’re probably imagining yourself off a sun-drenched coast, shooting dramatic photos of sharks, schools of fish, or corals, but this isn’t always the case. Underwater Photographers also take pictures for fashion shoots, pet portraits, calendars, and even of individuals and families. Your photos might end up in books, scientific reports, or advertisements.
Organizing and leading recreational dives, particularly in a professional capacity, and is a qualification used throughout most of the world in recreational scuba diving for a diver who has supervisory responsibility for a group of divers and as a dive guide.
Keep an eye on students throughout the day
Help demonstrate, and refine students’ skills
Look after the group if the Instructor needs to ascend with someone
Accompany PADI Open Water Diver students on surface swims, navigation exercises, or tours for dives 2, 3 and 4
Assist during PADI Discover Scuba Diving experiences
Take PADI Discover Scuba Diving participants on additional dives
Accompany certified divers on Adventure or Specialty dives
Make sure students are safe and happy
Oversee the dive operations activities, identifies areas for improvement and coordinates to the team the necessary update and/or services to be done.
Assist on the planning of schedules and tasks assignments of the team.
Facilitate the department trainings as directed by the leadership.
Conduct the daily briefing to the team and ensures that they are updated of the park information.
Monitor the colleagues’ performance management, professional development and competencies; establishes and implements motivational/development plans.
Responses to calls, issues and complaints; provides effective solutions and recommendations.
Ensures colleagues are operating in accordance to OSHMS (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) dive regulations.
Maintains and ensures proper service repairs for all dive equipment such as dry suits, regulators and the VIP of dive tanks
Ensures proper operation of the compressed breathing air compressors.
Reviews and analyzes the daily dive logs and sends reports/correspondence to the leadership
Manages the dive equipment and supplies inventory; raises purchase requisitions for necessary stock replenishments in accordance to company’s procurement policy.
