• Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
• Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing.
• Supervise 4 helpdesk agents and authorize daily transaction; also provided call center duties such as promotions phone calls for customer.
• Liaising with other department in ensuring that services are been rendered satisfactory and on time to meet customer’s expectation.
• Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.
• Make phone calls analysis on CRM system, and process request to other division through Sprint system.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing and nutritionists etc.) To manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Social Media Analysis and advertising campaigns with the marketing departments.
