- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and identify each potential need.
- Identify sales prospects and contact the potential clients (oil and gas, industrial and trading companies).
- Deal with initial business information enquiries from clients and identify their needs.
- Direct clients who need specialist information or advice to those qualified to provide such support, provide contact details, make introductions or appointments, where appropriate.
- Design professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on-site.
- Maintain the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
- Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales.
- Responding to sales enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Find suppliers domestically or from overseas within the company product range
- Prepare paperwork to shipping; coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products.
- Provide product quotes to customers as needed.
- Prepare paperwork to company registration.
- Prepare paperwork to quotation and tender submission (including electronic tendering) and make sure it is returned to the right place at the right time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports (sales metrics, opportunities and threats, tenders in process, achievements...)
- Report to the management completed reports of all jobs, tenders stage, secured jobs and forecasting.
• Build and develop key accounts.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop the client base.
• Conduct market research and explore new market.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations and cost estimates as required and within agreed timelines.
• Prepare presentation and necessary documents before visiting the clients and consultants.
• Promote products and get the company in the nominated list of the client / consultant.
• Follow up inquiries, demands and competition as well as to get the job awarded.
• Follow up the production process and prepare fabrication delivery orders.
• Follow up the receivables and ensure collections on time.
• Prepare visits reports.
• Report to the management completed reports of all jobs, under follow up, tender stage, secured jobs and forecasting.
• Generating weekly Sales Report.
• Up selling/ Cross selling, where necessary.
• Receiving payments, issuing receipts & handling cash.
• Adhering to Standard Operating procedures.

• Handle inventory and stocks
• Stock shelves with appropriate products and ensure correct price tagging
• Ensure the effective achievement of the sales targets through the supervision of the team, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate.
