Responsible for the Program Management, from the Setup of The Projects, following the Design Stage with the Consultant and determine the Scope Definition and make sure that every Manager define his roles through the Construction phase.

- Prepare Management Information System for the projects undertaken.
- Leading Projects Management .
- Prepare Claim Programs for the projects undertaken with substantiation for Extension of Time.
- Allocate Project to Planning Engineers.
- To guide the Planning Engineer to prepare the Contract Master program and the method statement.

PROJECT DETAILS

The project consists of a waterfront hotel and resort located on the North Beach of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The total plot area is approximately 93, 000 while the buildable area is approximately
75, 000 m². The project (322 total keys) comprises of 5-star resort style hotel with 278 rooms and suites, 7 Ryads, 4 Villas, Restaurants and Banqueting facilities, Swimming pools with beach club and spa, Parking and extensive landscaping

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for reviewing the construction sequence activities on Site, preparing weekly/monthly reports, working in coordination with the other disciplines relating to contract compliance, approval of interim payment certificates, claims and variations.

 Keep up to date on estimates, contracts, job cost, subcontracts.
 Complete Issue and Risk management functions to ensure projects status is understood and
decision are made in a timely mannar.
 View current trends and forecasts for projects within a business unit or a profit & lost centre.
 Review, analyze and manage issues and risks across portfolios of projects and programs
to ensure that there are no surprises near the completion deadlines.
 Manage by acceptation by using calculated key performance indicator and automated
alerts.Quickly determine which projects or programs need to get back on track
 Communication with the project manager concern and praise on particular project issues
and thread discussions within the project workspace.
 Drill into program and project details by viewing project dashboards that contain schedule
performance, cost performance, earned value, milestone dates, WBS summaries, RFI
status and change control documents.
 Track and follow up Change orders that need approval or decline gets automatically routed to the appropriate person.
 Keep up to date by reading executive summaries about each project or program within the customized portfolio.
 Run Reports from the projects via the web, to get the data needed when they needed.
 Balance the back log of work by viewing a high level Gant chart profile of the projects to view when projects are complete and to arrange another open/new project.
