Supervise and coordinate operations of a large warehouse, with wide range of operational responsibilities.
Work involves day-to-day warehouse operations including dispatches to customers and receiving from suppliers (Local & Imports), effective manpower & equipment utilization, ensuring timely completion of planned daily operations with high priority given to Safety. Quality also involves maintaining and following the best Storage practices & Inventory maintenance.
Have timely communications with all related departments involved in the supply chain to ensure clarity & transparency in the operations.

• Briefing warehouses Manager on a daily basis.
• Time to time inform management about shortage with different departments.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized.
• Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods Age report, consumption report, manpower status report to Logistics & Warehouses Manager.
• Recruiting, training Monitoring the performance, Evaluate, and Create incentives of staff.
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
• Make plans and take approval from WH Manager to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/ training and hold monthly workshop meeting.
• Provide warehouse manager reports for employee need training when necessary.
• Manage employee work responsibilities.

• Organize all activities and assign jobs accordingly for staff.
