- Managing of all activities of the project and ensure effective implementation and operation to meet contract obligation with the stakeholders.
- Set the specifications and check the design of the electromechanical products and systems.
- Working with the management and the sales engineers and providing them with the needed technical information and consultation.
- Diagnosis the major technical issues for the ongoing projects.
- Conducting technical training for the engineers and new employees.
- Providing technical support and training to the customers.
- Following and developing the company’s plans and creating action plans for KPIs improvements.
- Designing, documenting, and implementing electrical and electronic circuits and drafted wiring diagrams and creating the bill of materials (BOM) for the various components. - Conducting tests on the final products and its electronic boards using lab devices and instruments. - Programming, testing, and debugging, PLCs and embedded microcontrollers for automated process control systems. - Monitoring and aiding the technicians in diagnosing the product issues and malfunctions. - Customized software and hardware development from small to large systems. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and do the planning to meet the project’s milestones. - Conduct operational daily meeting and managerial weekly meeting to discuss the workflow or any related issues.
