• Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented people.
• Hire to Retire: Facilitate onboarding/off boarding procedures for candidates and employees.
• Facilitate and improve engagement among employees, HR, and executive leadership, and ensure employees are familiar with organization's values, goals and policies.
• Support budget recommendation, pay structure and reward guideline aligned to best practice and emerging Reward trends.
• Manage service providers and talent channels to optimise supply, maximise efficiency, value, and retention.
• Manage HR budget planning and design for internal & external stakeholders - marketing, events, and communications initiatives.
• Oversee all HR Administration Services - absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness, payroll.
• Measure Employee Climate Survey and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect, track, and analyze resourcing and capability management KPIs, increasing projects transparency for monthly reviews and project direction.
• Processing payrolls every month to employees with all allowances such as ticket allowances, schooling and housing as per their contracts.
• Creating all forms related to employee's processes such as leave request forms, expense claims, business travel & training forms.
• Managing leaves of employees (annual, sick, emergency) and assuring to be submitted and filed.
• Implemented performance review and motivational strategies to elevate HR team results.
• Motivating employees through special events, incentive programs and constructive feedback.
• Reviewing business goals to recommend new HR approaches, policies and procedures for continual improvements focused on meeting business objectives and enhancing productivity.
• Guiding leaders and employees on company policies, programs, benefits, and salary administration.
• Led decision-making and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and functions.
Recruitment
• Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience .
• Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
• Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.
HR Administration
• Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
• Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
• Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.
• Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
• Arrange visa (work permit, husband sponsored visa, visit visa etc.) for expatriates Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments and their family.
• Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
• Dealing with Ministry of Labor, Economic Department, Municipality, Immigration, Dubai TRADE PORTAL-MERSAL.
• Processing (application, renewal and cancellation) of visa, labor card, Emirates ID card.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Arrange visa (work permit, husband sponsored visa, visit visa etc.) for expatriates Schedule staff's visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments and their family.
• Work related to daily operation, Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
• Coordinated activities of human resources team, distributing resources and personnel effectively across organization to meet HR needs.
• Briefed new hires on essential job information, such as company policies, employment benefits and job duties.
• Enhanced team workflows and employee job satisfaction by coordinating communication between managers and employees.
