Duties :

▪ Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems.
▪ Maintaining pre-packaged software applications on the LAN.
▪ Upgrading and repairing faults on networks & peripheral equipment.
▪ Cisco & HP switch configuration & troubleshooting.
▪ Cisco router configuration & troubleshooting.
▪ Cisco & AVAYA IP phone configuration & troubleshooting.
