• Assist in developing company policies and procedures and administer its implementation by working closely with the HR manager and Department Heads
• Conceptualize and implement the HR Helpdesk function. Record staff queries and provide prompt responses to them.
• Work towards improvement of the helpdesk system to maximize effectiveness.
• Lay down guidelines for the staff to follow pertaining to the services and ensure that the staff adheres to the guidelines.
• Provide adequate support for the other HR services like accommodation, transportation, uniforms etc. in terms of preparation of guidelines, rules, services usage analysis as necessary and as directed.
• Provide adequate support for the Recruitment Team like Conducting Interviews, screening / filtering of resumes, calling of applicants, doing character reference checks, preparation of employment contracts, etc.
• Prepare and update the work processes for all HR sections and update them periodically.
• Maintains and submits reports relating to the above tasks as required and necessary
• Create/Update HR forms periodically.
• Organizing Induction Training for the new employees.
• Conduct formal investigations on issues reported to the HR Dept and direct disciplinary actions to be executed as necessary. Ensure that the recommended actions are executed with the specified SLA and all related details are well documented for reference purposes.
• Perform all other activities as directed by the Human Resources Manager.
• Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of the Organization and their customers.
• Responsible for exercising due diligence towards Health & Safety of self & others in the organization as well as environmental protection issues.
