Oversees senior Engineers and Technictions working with clients projects
➢ Reviews high-level deliverables across projects
➢ Ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all Projects.
➢ Provides leadership to practice within projects teams.

Nature of work and main duties:
In charger of daily production and planning in all production lines, continues improving for the production processes effecting cost reduction and increase of productivity.
Applying SOP (standard operating procedure) and CI (continues improvement) in production areas has improve the performance of the supervisors and technicians and labors and gave them more understanding of their duties and less time to train new people
Achievement:
• Reduce 16 labors from swiss roll cake in 1 shift by adding rollers ( saving the cost of 14 labors, more high gene products, 20% increase in output, etc, )
• Rearrange and improve the mixing room reducing 50% of labors
• Improve planning for production schedule to reduce setup time to increase output
• Rearrange biscuit production area to reduce waste and improve the environment and output and reduce number of labors
• Future planning for automation cost 90% less than Italian companies
Maintenance Engineer, Nature of work and main duties:
I am the Maintenance Engineer leading a very important team at the Factory. My duties are to manage the team and organize a programme for the machines’ maintenance. I have introduced new members to the team so that there will be a turnover in night shift and there will be a replacement for each technician at all times.
Night shift Production Engineer, Nature of work and main duties:
In the last five months at Sweetex I was transferred to a night shift production engineer, where my duties are much harder than in maintenance. Although I have achieved the target many times, I increased the production in the cake lines by 8% and reduce the waste from 9% in some cases to 2.5%. I have improved the packaging lines for the cake section to save more than 120.000 USD per year
Nature of work and main duties:
Production planning and monitoring for pump department
Reporting efficiency and utilization for top management
Coordinate with sales, maintenance, machine shop, foundry and other departments regarding to pump department
Flow up after sales with customer satisfaction
Handling ISO papers in pump department
5’s, (CI) continues improvement, and operating expense control for pump department
Night shift production supervisor for all departments 1 week each month
