Adheres and complies towards the continuous improvement of HSE practise.
Identify unsafe act and unsafe condition then recommend the suitable methods/ action to implement by submitting a filled Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) form together with suggestion for correction.
Carry out plant field operations in a safe and effective manner to achieve the quality and quantity according to the production plan as directed by Shift Supervisor.
Perform start-up, shutdown and emergency activities in accordance with established procedure and instruction.
Perform routine field inspection and monitor the assigned units (specific unit area) by taking appropriate action and/or report any abnormalities observed to supervisor.
Isolate and reinstate downstream process and utility systems (physical isolate certificate).
Carry out in-process sampling and keep update on its quality.
Monitor plant parameter to achieve targets, safety, efficiency, quality and reliable.
Perform and maintain good housekeeping of work area, including to ensure cleanliness and tidiness.
