Main responsibilities & Duties
Achieve Procurement dept. main goal of providing high quality with modest prices on time according to the tasks communicated through management.
Ensure supply of all needed materials / equipment mainly packaging materials needed for production plan introduced through planning dept. on time
Submits payment requests for logistics service & allocates various cost requests funds from budgets to enable payment
Monitors the status of incoming local supplies, status monitoring and correspondence with the central supply division
Monitors & summarize all expenditure
Follow up processes logistic and ensures action completed
Provides goods status reports
Fulfill customers need based on identifying mutual expectations and aim of building relation beneficial to the company business
Follow up all importation permission necessary for the company goods / samples release at MOH
For importation permission; for API, I Coordination between QA, QC & supplier & MOH, to get it
For importation permission; for product under registration; I Coordination between R&D, QA, QC, supplier & MOH; to get it; and for more confirmation; supplier must send sample to check it
Follow up the goods shipping; Even access to port
Follow up the document shipping; Even access to us or from supplier bank to our bank; According to payment terms; T.T in advance or CAD or LC
After goods arrive to port; I Follow-up customs broker; and Coordination between him & accounting department for any expenditure required;even the goods shipping arrive to our warehouse
