Handling all employees hiring procedures, employment contract signatures, and maintaining all the hiring credentials for
all new employees and creating files for every employee.
Keeping track of the registration of both forms 1 & 6 for the hired/resigned employees.
Handling all termination procedures for the employees
Computing, disbursing and reviewing wages, deductions, taxes and other withholding for all employees
Following up on the attendance and payroll system.
Following up and reviewing the vacations and business errands.
Preparing and recording overtime hours in order to be added to the wages to the eligible employees.
Providing customer service to departments and employees on payroll and personnel related inquiries
Tracking benefits & compensations programs ( medical, social, and life insurances…etc )
Recording employee information ( personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or
evaluations, and termination date and reason )
Handling all Bank Operations (opening new accounts (ATM), transferring monthly salaries, tracking employees’ issues
with the bank).
Issuing HR letters and following up on internal loans based on the company’s policy.
Preparing monthly Payroll Reports and reporting it to the supervisor and the Payroll & Personnel Manager..
