• Managing the headless unified e-commerce platform that uses APIs and microservices for content delivery across multiple channels, like mobile apps, third-party platforms, of digital touchpoints.
• Oversee all digital marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts on all paid digital channels (email, SMS, paid search, paid social, and more), ensuring these deliver online sales goals and budget targets.

• Responsible for digital marketing calendar, planning campaigns to deliver strategic plans and business objectives, and improving KPIs.
• Responsible for achieving key performance indicators and ensuring the online business meets revenue goals.
• Manage all outside web development partners: manage budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance, manage timelines and prioritization, develop and manage web development/marketing calendar, and report on updates regularly to management.
• Manage Customer Service department.
• Address website bugs and user experience issues by fixing them on the eCommerce platform.
• Optimize ROAS to be 3x by improving the content of e-commerce and the creatives part.
Ensure stock levels are effectively managed and controlled by constantly analyzing sales and inventory reports in order to maximize sales and meet stock performance objectives for the online shop.
Lead the online store strategy including the roadmap, planning and daily operations to ensure the delivery of high standards of customer service and maximize sales in line with the company objectives and targets.
Manage the annual e-commerce budget and financial performance by overseeing detailed reports, across traffic acquisition, website management and order fulfillment.
Manage the end-to-end operation cycle of the e-commerce shop to increase customers satisfaction including site performance, speed and quality of service, order fulfillment and deliveries.
Create and implement e-commerce annual business, marketing and sales plans.
Develop and implement multi-channel (through various platforms) acon plans for the online shop to ensure alignment in the brand experience between the online and physical shops (Including Click & Collect, returns, inquiries, stocks etc..).
Stay informed and up-to-date with the competitive scene in the local and regional market to identify threats and opportunities related to the successful performance of the online shop.
Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions).
Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website (PPC agency, email marketing provider, e-commerce provider, etc).
Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements.
Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website.
Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (ppc, email marketing, link generation, online pr, SEO, offline marketing and pr, affiliate programmes, etc).
