Ensure the smooth running of the Punjab office and provide administrative support to regional colleagues and other regional Cambridge events. Planning, organization and implementation of local events including conferences, forums, seminars, workshops, inspection visits and ceremonies. Prepare PowerBI based analysis reports for National teams to plan effectively. Establish and monitor service contracts for IT systems and other office maintenance requirements. Responsible for basic book-keeping and accounts liaison with the Finance Department in Cambridge Assessment. Work with colleagues in Cambridge to ensure bills and office invoices are settled in a timely manner. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• HRIS: Developed MS Access based database to keep records of recruitment, visas, passports, medical, training and leave records.

• Managed flag endorsement certificate processes for the seafarers after validating their documents through online resources recommended by International Maritime Organization (IMO).
• Acted as focal person to deal with all queries relating to Embassy of Pakistan, Abu Dhabi. Assisted PRO team to prepare applications for visit, employment or residence visas.
• Worked with training institutes to plan and schedule on boarding crew training as per ISO, IMO and charterers requirement.
• Maintained the Freezone site by checking for expiry of gate pass portal accounts. Also managed security passes records and processes.

• Engaged with wide range of stakeholders in various phases, collating staff master employee data for fixed and contract staff.

• Lead provincial logistical team on National staff conferences, Staff away days and L & D training.

• Gathered, scrutinized and fed data to SAP based Scorecard portal for over six years. Endowed with national responsibility for project portfolio and planning data.
• Solely responsible for delivering country-wide training sessions to improve employee understanding of corporate guidelines.
