HR Operations - Employee life cycle
- Raises HR-related issues with managers in a proactive and diplomatic fashion, identifying practical solutions and appropriate action plans.
- Reviews, revises, and streamlines general HR procedures and forms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handling recruitment, onboarding process, and analyzing and generating offers of employment, with a focus on the applicability of pact and donor policy as related to allowances and other applicable benefits.
- Writing job descriptions, creating workplace policies, and procuring benefits packages.
- Handling the off-boarding process by providing information on benefits and payouts.
- Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns.
- Manage payroll process in collaboration with finance department and maintain payroll records, including tracking attendance, leaves, and overtime
- Utilize HRIS and other software tools to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits documentation.
- Develops, updates, and implements HR policies and procedures in compliance with Jordan labor laws and regulations.
Serve as backup on all functions completed by fellow HR Manager.
