Oversees local/oversea recruitment activities: Sourcing and screening/interview, assessment, report feedback, recruitment agencies contracts, HRDF, Career day - universities/colleges.
Conducting induction program (orientation)
Mentoring new hires application cycle.
Participate in Training & Development activates
Supervise and manage all activates related to employee contracts update, termination & resignation, clearance & closing file
Oversees employee attendance and disciplinary action in line with labor law.
Implementing policy & procedures.
Personnel records management
Managing employee requests: letters, personal/bank Loan etc.
GOSI: addition/deletion, comparison.
Manage employee vacation /arrival notice report.
• Identify potential sources to find qualified candidates.
• Manage the complete recruiting cycle including sourcing candidates, applicant screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Liaise with department managers and staff on labor laws and regulations.
• Develop job descriptions and employee specifications and lead strategic initiatives that will attract and acquire high quality candidates and build a pipeline for future skill sets and competencies.
• Design and review application forms and other HR documents.
• Review, develop and implement relevant policies and guidelines.
• Proactively identify challenges and solutions to mitigate barriers to recruitment
• Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, etc.
• Develop and manage relationships with third party recruitment and staffing agencies
Handling the functions of internal & overseas recruitment; search for and collect applications of potential candidates for company employment.
Maintain and develop an application database and classify the applications to ensure easy reference.
Conduct advertising at agencies and online sites that provide recruitment services.
Coordinate with overseas recruiting agencies & provide them by required documentations.
Screening and short listing of applicants and conducting initial interviews before referring to the department managers.
Make the weekly recruitment reports
