• All most all type of milk based products like Skimmed Milk Power (SMP), Whole Milk Powder (WMP), Dairy Whitener, Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) Powder, Casein, Lactose, Butter, Ghee, Natural and Processed Cheese, Yoghurt etc.
My Role: • Looking after the total operation (Process and Packaging) of the UHT plant.
• Responsible for monthly as well as weekly Production Planning of UHT plant consulting with business team as well as supply chain team.
• Direct Communication with Clients and Customers like Nestle, Tropicana, Danone, Mother Dairy, KDD, Tetra Pak and Diversey to solve different issues related to third party business or service.
• Responsible for ERP (Oracle 11i) implementation and operation.
• Responsible for Raw material & Packing material (RMPM) movement within the Plant.
• Responsible for the Costing of all UHT products in Schreiber Dynamix Dairies Ltd.
• Responsible for all type of MIS, like weekly as well as monthly recovery etc. of the plant.

• Looking after the formulation and manufacturing of all value added 'UHT' products of the 'AMUL' Brand like flavored milk, whey energy drink, Basundi, Flavored lassi etc.
• Attended a workshop on 'New Product Development - A Strategic Approach', conducted by CII.

• One of the leading manufacturers of Indigenous Milk Products like Peda, Mawa, Lassi, Ghee, Butter, Rossogolla, Gulab Jamun & different type of sweets and mouth watering hygienic products of 'Indian make-Global taste & Eternal satisfaction'. This is the only factory in eastern India which manufactures all Indigenous Dairy Products using state of the art technology and machineries.

There I was entirely responsible for
• Erection and commissioning of total project as well as procurement, production, quality control, utilities and product development of different indigenous Indian Dairy products.
• Development of stable procurement system of raw materials.

A Dairy Industry, successfully co-packing for Mother Dairy, Calcutta for its different types of Market Milk and Paneer & Nestle India Ltd for its Yoghurt and UHT Products.
My Role as a Works Manager: -
• Active involvement in quality maintaining and costing of the products, as a co-packer of Mother Dairy, Calcutta and Nestle India Ltd.
• Successful installation and commissioning of 05 bulk coolers around 15 kms of the works.
• Fixation of the rate of the bulk cooler milk, keeping each and every condition in mind and satisfying both farmers and economy of company.
• Increase the quality and quantity of bulk cooler milk by motivating the milk farmers.
• Successfully completed the commissioning of dahi and uht plant.
• Successfully launching the Nestle dahi in market.
