1)Spearhead branch operations; perform business acquisition of corporate key accounts with long term and sustainable
buying potential and maximizing revenue generation

10)Achieve targets of CASA, Demand Deposits, Advances & Fee Income; assuring attainment of cross selling targets of Personal Investment Products - Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds & Liabilities by the Branch Staff
11)Perform floor management (including operations staff, Sales staff, Data entry & ATM Maintenance), spearhead entire gamut of activities including Inward Remittance Transactions, non - payments transfer, customer query resolution and coordination with associates & agents
12) Formulation of MIS reports and other reports while managing KYC and cash retention activities
13) Implement strategic level compliance related policies while facilitating strategic level risk assessment.
14)Spearhead complete audit planning and management activities and ensure completion of audits within the agreed time and cost; Consolidate audit reports with key findings & observation and present it to the senior management
