• Manage all document control activities for the projects, ensuring that all documentation is organized and stored in an accurate and timely manner using Aconex and other software tools.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when creating and updating technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts using Aconex and other software tools.
• Create and manage document control workflows for project teams, ensuring that all team members adhere to established procedures and standards.
• Review and track all documentation received from clients and third-party vendors, ensuring that they follow project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date document register using Excel, Aconex, and other software tools, and track revisions and updates as necessary.
• Monitor document change requests, ensuring that all requests are appropriately managed, documented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and meets required standards.
• Develop and maintain project-specific document management procedures, including filing systems, naming conventions, and document templates.
• Provide training and support to project teams on document management tools, including Aconex, AutoCAD, and Excel.
• Ensure that all document control activities are performed in compliance with company policies and industry standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in document management processes.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices related to document control and contribute to the development of training materials and procedures.
