I am responsible to handle all correspondents to and from the Company. I get to answer all the upcoming emails from customers all around the world in a timely manner. I am also responsible for maintaining the company's policies and stick to the review process time frame.
Another important aspect of my job is to check the manuscripts received by the company so as to make sure that they meet the professional standards and adhere to the prerequisites of an academic published article.
