Responsible of Supply chain operations including Sourcing, production, operations, distribution, logistics of industrial gases business of Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Key Accountabilities:
 Provide complete directions, guidelines, standards, and systems for smooth and safe operations of production facilities of Linde KSA and Oman.
 Work to implement improved operational Philosophy to attain sustainable and cost-effective result with continual improvement.
 Ensure product sourcing including imports/ exports to manage the entire product supply chain requirements which will meet sales forecast.
 Manage logistic contractors and Linde owned operations ensuring effective contract management for timely delivery of bulk and packaged products in KSA and Oman.
 Ensure transport safety standards implementation on both Linde and contractor vehicles.
 Ensure safe and reliable operations of all the Bulk tonnage and PGP plants in the geography.
 Manage technical competence system, Turnaround plans, OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
 Support preparation of Business cases for the new opportunities for company Business Growth agenda.
 Ensure compliance of all business processes of the maintenance management, inventory management, procurement & Sales modules as per the requirements of local ERPs and business processes.
 Ensure implementation of the country Laws and local and international regulations and Statutory requirements.

Responsible of operations, production, distribution, logistics, Customer Installations, Projects and SHEQ for various Tonnage, Bulk and PGP sites having ASUs, H2, CO2, Nitrogen, dissolved acetylene, Nitrous oxide, welding electrode & compressed gases plants.

Key Accountabilities:
 Provide complete directions, guidelines, standards, and systems for smooth and safe operations of production facilities, Customer supply schemes and delivery function.
 Manage green field and brown field projects, strategic Plant relocations and various product development areas.
 Managed EPC projects of ASUs up to merchant capacity of 270 TPD and Electrode plants up to a capacity of 33 TPD.
 Work to implement improved operational Philosophy to attain sustainable and cost-effective result with continual improvement.
 Ensure Implementation of safety standards and systems in the organization
 Develop continuous improvement plans (CIP) and provide effective monitoring of system.
 Manage technical competence system, Turnaround plans OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
 Support company business growth agenda and explore new growth ventures and opportunities.
 Manage key account customers and long-term contracts commercialization and negotiations.
 Manager tonnage pipeline scheme and ensure reliable and consistent supplies.
 Manage all commercial negotiations and contracts of major investment projects and provide technical support in financial closures of the projects.
 Ensure compliance of all business processes and procedures as per local and international regulations and Statutory requirements.

Works to develop and implement plans procedure and systems for smooth operation of ASUs, H2, CO2, Ecovar plants in Pakistan and ensure smooth Product supply to pipeline and bulk customers. Support planning and control of new and expansion projects. Develop strategies which are directly linked with the overall objective of operation ensuring that the product is available in right quantity and quality to customer in right cost.

Key Accountabilities:
 Provide complete direction guidance and standard of operating performance of tonnage and Bulk Operations in Pakistan.
 Build Operational Organization in line with the group guidelines and policies with a right combination to attain operational and maintenance excellence.
 Work with CEO on issues of cost control, cost saving and modification in operating parameters for better results and continuous improvement
 Assure a strong relationship with pipeline customers and ensure supply scheme requirements of Nitrogen and hydrogen are met consistently with right specifications
 Ensure Implementation of safety standards and systems.
 Establish inventory management plans with stores to maintain insurance and critical spares in stock to maintain economic inventory levels for uninterrupted operations
 Develop continuous improvement plans (CIP) and provide effective monitoring
 Work with sales and distribution team for effective implementation of division’s objectives
 Develop and implement the system up gradation projects of control and automation to ensure operational excellence
 Managed new projects, technical competence system, Turnaround plans and budget in country.

Works to develop and implement plans procedure and systems for smooth operation of ASUs, H2, CO2 plants and Product supply pipelines in the complex including planning and control of new and expansion projects. The KPI includes production rates, Specific power, Specific fuel consumption, Plant reliability, availability, process and occupational safety and loss prevention and minimizations strategies which are directly linked with the overall objective of operation ensuring that the product is available in right quantity and quality to customer in right cost at site

Key Accountabilities and Contributions:
 Provide complete direction guidance and standard of operating performance at Port Qasim
 Work with country leadership team on issues of cost control, cost saving and modification in operating parameters for batter results and continuous improvement
 Assure a strong relationship with key pipeline customers and ensure supply scheme requirements of Nitrogen and hydrogen are met consistently with right specifications
 Manage ISO-9000 QMS, FFSC Audits on site
 Implement Occupational safety standards and Process safety surveys and standards at site as per standards
 Ensure correct reconciliation system for all the products including Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen & Carbon dioxide for all compressed, merchant and pipeline customers.
 Establish inventory management plans with stores to maintain insurance and critical spares in stock
 Work with regional and international buying to maintain economic inventory levels for uninterrupted operations
 Develop continuous improvement plans (CIP) and provide effective monitoring of them
 Work with sales and distribution team for effective implementation of division’s objectives
 Liase wih Government agencies and industrial zones authorities in connection with site issues and statutory requirements
 Ensure the compliance of all business processes requirements of the maintenance management, inventory management, procurement & Sales modules of the asset management system based on SAP.
 Develop and implement the system up gradation projects of control and automation to ensure operational excellence
 Develop and implement the Turn around plans to ensure smooth and reliable plant operation.

Establish a regionally harmonized Enterprise Asset Management platform, maintaining system access, functionality, and consistency across the Business Unit. As a regional lead use system data analysis and facilitation of the global asset performance team to identify and transfer best practice and implement quantifiable Cost of Repair, Cost of Downtime improvement programs that maximize operations leverage by developing Preventive Maintenance Plans related tools, techniques, practices and methods to achieve the performance objectives set for Reliability Engineering and Global Operations.

Project Details and Key Contributions:
 Implemented a project of Maintenance management program (Maximo/SAP) after liaising with finance & supply chain for interface and the reporting requirements in the region South & East Asia
 Implemented SAP PM & MM in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and India as a complete solution for all the Power, Petrochemical, ASUs, SMRs, HYCO and CO2 plants of Linde Group.
 Implemented a project for Globally Harmonized EAM Solution which will result in a direct saving of 348000 Euros in south and East Asia Region by managing the control of Preventive maintenance, Turnaround Maintenance and Engineering Management of Change systems.
 Supported Electrical and Instrumentation team in Linde Pakistan by managing turnaround and Project installation and commissioning activities.

Engaged in planning and managing PM/CM activities, maintenance management system (Maximo), Process Engineering and Control improvement projects to ensure all the activities are implemented with in time and budget.

Project Details and Key Contributions:
 Managed the installation and commissioning work of 132KV Grid station and 11KV supply network including related Civil structural work.
 Supported Design and review of modification proposal in different Engineering Management of Change projects.
 Managed the Turnaround Maintenance activities of 132KV Grid Station, ASUs, HYCO and CO2 plants.
 Managed Preventive & Corrective maintenance activities and systems (Maximo) by using in house central maintenance team and third party contractors, and used different CBM (Condition Based Monitoring) techniques for maximizing benefits of predictive maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical installations.
 Managed the Electrical and instrumentation system installation and commissioning scope CO2 Plant.
 Successfully implemented Quality Management System ISO 9000-2008.

Supported the rollout of LINDE SHEQ Policy and implementation SHEQ management systems, HAZOP & Risk Assessments tools and techniques. As key team member helped organization in building Road Map and safety implementation plan in directing company journey for being a world class organization.

Project Details and Key Contributions:
 Worked as an LIMSS Coordinator for the effective implementation of Integrated Management Systems and Standards (IMSS) and conducted Process safety audits.
 Worked to implement Operation and Engineering directives to ensuring Safe Plant operation and product handling
 Provided services in the Shutdown and Expansions project of Linde Syngas Singapore in Petrochemical complex situated in Jurong Island.
 Implemented a Quality Monthly Reporting system highlighting leading and legging indicators to improve occupational and behavioral safety.

Responsible for Maintaining Electrical and Instrumentation installations including 132 KV Grid station, Transformers HT and LT motors switchgears, Protection relays, Rectifiers, Heaters, Field instrumentation, PLC and DCS control systems. As a country Electrical lead was also responsible for sharing and adopting the Best Operating practices driven by the RSE team

Project Details and Key Contributions:
 Worked as a trainee Engineer initially and supported plant operation and maintenance activities.
 Worked to assess all the Electrical installations of BOC Pakistan for electrical safety requirements and implemented a country wide project to improve Electrical safety standards.
 Completed the Installation and commissioning of PD Monitoring System on the 11 KV Induction motors
 Implemented Ops-Portal project at 100 TPD ASU Plant, this project enabling the communication network to allow the HMI visibility and control in Operation Control Centre in Bangkok.
