The Concierge’s primary responsibility is to assist guests with mail, messages, and inquiries. In short, the Concierge aims to assist with almost any plans or arrangements, the guest intends to make; the Concierge are also responsible for receiving and distributing parcels and correspondence for both hotel guests and visitors.

o A dedication to making every guest feel welcome and ensuring that their stay is enjoyable from check-in and check-out
o Excellent knowledge of the downtown area: Ability to recommend restaurants/ attractions/ gives directions. Have updated record on city events/ shows etc
o Responsible for all aspects of Guest Service in the daily operation of the Hotel
o Ensures prompt, efficient and updated recording of mails, parcels, and messages
o Maintains a perpetual presence on the Concierge Desk throughout the hours of the shift
o Handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
o Flexible in terms of working hours, and able to work with little or no supervision
o Creating & implementing new ideas that help and improve the work environment.
o Have the ability to assess and make decisions based on strong, analytical, problem-solving skills
