Damietta LNG Company formerly known as Spanish Egyptian Gas Company (SEGAS LNG) - is a multinational gas company owned by Eni company & Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) & specialized in Operating and Maintenance of the first Liquefied Natural Gas Plant in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
Managing the entire recruitment process in coordination with hiring managers and building a good employer branding with applicants.
Sourcing and filtering qualified applicants to fill the vacant positions in the company, by using the available sourcing tools such as online Platforms (Bayt.com & Linkedin.com) and dealing with recruitment agencies (Premier Egypt & Hays Middle East) and finally the received resumes by postal mail or E-mail.
Source, Screen applicant’s resumes and make a phone interviews with applicants in order to create a long list of qualified candidates for the vacant position.
Conduct the HR interviews with candidates and fill the interview assessment form including the HR recommendation regarding each candidate.
Follow the Recruitment procedure in order to complete the required forms for the selected applicant for the vacant position, then send candidate’s profile to Personnel Department in order to proceed with the Job Offer.
Managing the entire recruitment process for SEGAS Training Program (Intake) - “it is one year on job training for fresh graduates” - according to the approved criteria, including program announcement, placement tests and interviews.
Produce the monthly Recruitment Activities Report and the Monthly Manpower Reports to concerned Departments.
Keep the Manpower Database and Organization Chart updated, in order to provide accurate information when required.
Managing the entire employees Performance Appraisal process (for both Planning & Evaluation phases) in the company using SAP ERP system, and in coordination with company management and all departments managers.
SEGAS LNG Company (Spanish Egyptian Gas) is a multinational gas company owned by Union Fenosa Gas Spanish Company & Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum, specialized in Operating and Maintenance of the first Liquefied Natural Gas Plant in Egypt.

Participate in the manpower database and organization chart update process, in order to provide accurate information when required.
Participate in the company performance appraisal process in both planning phase and evaluation phase, to maintain and update employee’s performance appraisal records (electronic copies and hard copies).
Assist in the implementation and maintain the job competency profiles (Job Descriptions) system to ensure that all organization jobs are designed properly in accordance with standard requirements and all the job holders obtain the competencies needed for performing the job effectively.
Halayeb Company is an Egyptian company works in dairy products industry in Damietta industrial Zone and have branches in 5 cities in Egypt.
Prepare, validate and execute the Company monthly payroll and any other separate payments to ensure timely payments to the employees.
Dealing with Governmental Authorities (Social Insurance & Labor Office) in order to ensure compliance with the related Egyptian laws.
Coordinate with Finance Department for all payments related to monthly payroll (Social Insurance, Income Tax & Haj and Omrah Box).
Maintain employee’s files and Manpower Database updated in order to provide accurate and statistical information.
Produce the monthly Human Resources activities reports.
Participate in interviewing (1st Interview) of candidates for the vacant positions.
Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in database using Excel Sheets and Hard Copies for retrieval as and when required.
Pre -screens applications of candidates for current vacancies and arrange for interviews.
Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
