 Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (Servers, Switches, routers, Firewalls, Security appliances).
 Perform Capacity planning.
 Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
 Plan and perform system backups & restores and maintain central backup systems.
 Administer and perform performance tuning of server systems IIS, MS Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server.
 Setup, installation, configuration and maintenance of Virtualization infrastructure (VMWare & Hyper-v).
 Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
 Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
 Perform periodic Operating system and other software updates and patching.
 Maintain system security, backup, and Disaster recovery infrastructure.
 Perform Network (TCP/IP) configuration and troubleshooting for servers and Network devices including site to site and user VPN configuration.
 Design and Document the network.
 Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
 Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
 Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
 Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
 Develop and maintain all network (LAN/WAN) and security documentation.
 Setup and install Juniper and Cisco Switches and firewalls.
 Install and upgrade data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases.
 Install, configure, maintain and monitor all routing and switching equipment.
 Configure and administer IP voice services.
 Manage and control internal and external IP addressing and maintain Internal and external IP allocation.
 Set up and maintain WAN site to site connections, VPN site to site connections and end user VPN connections.
 Data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments.
 Set up monitoring and reporting network operational status, capacity and exceptions.
 Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network problems and outages, schedule updates.
 Secure network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
 Setup and perform vulnerability scanning, firewall, antivirus& malware analysis, proxy, IDS/IPS, log correlation tools, SIEM, DLP, NAC, and application firewall solutions.
 Setup, maintain and renew all SSL certificates on devices and systems.
 Setup and maintain certificate infrastructure.
 Gives proper training and knowledge transfer to IT employees in the Company.
