• Experience in building new Data Center, DC migration & DC Consolidation projects with focus on Compute, Virtualization, Storage, and Backup & Disaster Recovery in both Green & Brown Field including Active - Active DC.
• Technical Stack - VMware vSphere, VSAN, Horizon View, Converter, SRM, vROPs, VRA, Cisco UCS Blade & Rack, Dell EMC Storage, Recover Point, Cisco MDS & Brocade SAN Switches and Lifecycle Manager.

• L2 Virtualization support engineer, primarily on VMware & Citrix virtualization products, include ESX/ ESXi, vCenter, SRM, vCloud Director, Update Manager, Converter, VDP & Xen Server.
• Handling critical customers and resolving complex technical issues over a remote web session, phone or email with help of log analysis and repro in lab, if needed.
• Advise customers on gaps in design and implementation of VMware solutions.
