• Managing ERP support in a highly demanding IT operations environment on Fee Management, Financial Accounting and System Administration modules of the ERP for the Global entities in the UAE, Kenya, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland and Uganda. • Installing, configuring and maintaining Database Server (SQL Server) and Application Server (IIS) on VMs hosted in third-party data centers. Performing server to server and instance to instance database migration using database scripting and import & export tools.
