Roles and Responsibilities:
• Organizing meetings with the business teams and gathering project requirements.

• Led implementation of MS Dynamics AX, iSAMS and MyLearning projects involving internal and external teams from different geographical locations, of broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Project teams consisted of 3-5 members.
• Mitigated 95% of the risks associated with ERP implementation by identifying and implementing necessary corrective measures.
• Supervised ETL activities during SAP implementation project and reduced data migration time & cost by 30% by extracting and transforming master data of 180 entities.

• Managing ERP support in a highly demanding IT operations environment on Fee Management, Financial Accounting and System Administration modules of the ERP for the Global entities in the UAE, Kenya, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland and Uganda. Correcting problems as per priority and timelines agreed.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining Database Server (SQL Server) and Application Server (IIS) on VMs hosted in third-party data centers. Performing server to server and instance to instance database migration using database scripting and import & export tools.
• Developing new functionalities, customizing and maintaining existing web applications. Deploying application releases on Application Server.
• Performing various database admin tasks like database backup, restore, performance tuning, database mail and automating database tasks. Writing TSQL code to create stored procedures, functions and queries and executing using SSMS and SQLCMD.
