Maintain windows-based environments, security, accesses management, Service Desk and data storage
backup.
• Maintain compliance with global/ local policies, standards.

Budgeting, planning, tracking & challenging IT operations charges.
• Telecom accounts/ contracts management.
• Provide training for the users for the new and existing systems and sharing basic IT knowledge.

• Project: Video over IP is a mobile & desktop application.
It manages a video stream over IP network using specified
connection to offer a free anytime video connection with anyone in the world, using two mobiles to make a mobile video call or a mobile and a web server to offer a live video broadcasting.
