Discussing with the technicians/chemist and identify the training needs of the employees based on technical review of records and provide the same in consultation with the quality leader.
Reporting to the general manager for technical matters and performance of QA/QC checks of laboratory.
Functioning as overall responsible person for technical requirements of laboratory.
Handling all the complaint in technical areas and analyze the same.

1. Planning the site investigation program work according to the requirements of each project.
2. Insure the laboratory test programs and the tests are carries out in accordance with national, international or approved in - house methods.
3. Assess/analyze and check all geotechnical test results performed by laboratory technicians
4. Preparing geotechnical investigation reports and analysis of test results in accordance with the standard specifications or project requirements/specification for geotechnical explorations.
5. Analysis of all geotechnical data from laboratory and in - situ testing to derive suitable design parameters and develop geotechnical/geological models and experience in all geotechnical investigations works, analysis and design for different foundation types namely pier foundations, shallow foundation and well foundations.
6. Organizing, checking and following all field investigations including boreholes and test pits logging, sampling and field testing.
7. Research for alternative geotechnical solutions via internet and library resources and following up the local and international issued scientific papers, bulletins, specifications, etc., related to site investigation works and related laboratory testing.
8. Analysis of foundation types, design parameters and submission of geotechnical reports as per applicable standards and the statutory and regulatory requirements.

 Proposed reconstruction projects agency tower for the Eastern Province Municipality.
 115kV Transmission line from New Qatif 115kV BSP to Proposed Qatif 115/13.8kV Sub - 2 (line - 2).
 New cardiac center at King Fahad Military Hospital.
 Residential and recreational facilities for the General Directorate of Military Works in Eastern Province.
 Performed QA/QC for Dynamic Deep Compaction works in the New Dammam Housing Project using CPT, SPT & PMT for Trevi Arabian Soil Contractors

1. Fulla and Balela (Block - 17) central production facility Geotechnical Study for StarOil Operating Company in South Kordofan State in the republic of Sudan.

2. Geotechnical Study to a subsidiary to the Fulla and Balela (Block - 17) project for RAM ENERGY Company. The scope of the study was the early oil production facilities that consist of the Crude Oil Tanks and the Crude Oil Flow pipe lines from well heads.

3. Geotechnical Study to a subsidiary to the Fulla and Balela (Block - 17) project for Petroneeds Services International Company. The scope of the study was the proposed main pipeline route.
4. Geotechnical study for (Phase - H) project owned by Sudatel Telecommunication Company.

5. Geotechnical Study for MTN Telecommunication extension projects under the supervision of HUAWEI LTD.

6. Geotechnical Investigation for MTN Telecommunication Headquarter Block (B) Building.

7. Variety of private housing projects within the Khartoum State and its vicinity.

8. Participated in the bidding for numerous prominent projects among them Haggar Cigarettes Tobacco factory extension, Heglig runway and terminal upgrade project and the consulting services and soil investigation for the TRAM in Khartoum State.
