Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customer first/ second line management levels for in-market executions. o Negotiate with customers on the allocated marketing spend.
- Manage stock listing, availability, visibility, and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines. o Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of stock.
- Oversee debt recovery and support accounting team with reconciliations.
- Supervise Sales Team (Key Account Executive, Sales Executive & Sales Representative) including objective setting, motivating, and managing., and Market reports to devise key account plans.
- Enhance brand visibility and off take across all trade segments through creative strategies.
- Manage seasonal spikes effectively using existing resources
Foster an innovation culture within the organization.
- Contribute to short and medium-term Customer relationship management and Brand Development strategies.

- Develop and implement sales strategies:
I am responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This involves
analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing action plans to capitalize on them.
- Team management:
I lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their individual
and team targets. I am responsible for setting performance goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and
implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Client relationship management:
I establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns
or issues. I actively seek out new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction.
- Sales forecasting and reporting:
I am responsible for accurately forecasting sales volumes and revenues, based on market trends, historical data, and
other relevant factors. I provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting performance,
challenges, and opportunities.
- Market analysis and competitor research:
I continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities
and potential threats. This information helps me develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to
changing market dynamics.
- Budget management:
I work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the sales budget. This includes allocating resources
effectively, tracking expenses, and ensuring sales activities are aligned with the approved budget.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Development and execute effective trade activities to drive sales growth of assigned brands.
- Responsible for maintaining and negotiating acceptable trading terms with all key accounts.

- Develop and create marketing promotional activities to boost sales.
- Provide suggestions or improvement measures on strategic and tactical action plan in response. to market changes.
- Responsible for Sales Planning and Forecasting activities to support the business.
- Work with sales teams to plan, develop, coordinate, and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis.

understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Offer product recommendations

- Set and achieve sales targets within the HORECA sector, consistently driving revenue growth. Develop and execute sales
plans, closely monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed targets. Provide accurate sales
forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the companys product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive
advantages. Effectively communicate this information to clients, showcasing how our products can meet their specific
needs. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as required.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients in the HORECA sector, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction. Ensure all contracts are properly executed, and terms and conditions are adhered to by both parties.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HORECA sector. Analyze
data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats. Utilize this information to develop strategies
to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to market changes.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing,
